LMV’s production workshops operate with over 500 employees and have a production capacity of more than 100,000 t per year maintained in plants equipped at a state-of-the-art level.

Type of metal works for steel construction:
Cold cutting: cutting of beams of a width up to 1200 mm and a length up to 24 m.
Hot cutting: plasma and oxy-fuel cutting.
Welding: 10 lines for beams submerged arc welding, welding systems of the last generation.
Drilling and punching with a helical drill, diameter from 10 to 45 mm, can be performed on HE-INP-UNP-PLATES having width up to 3600 mm and length up to 24 m, with the possibility of threading and flaring. All parts are marked by using unlimited number of characters.
Painting and galvanizing: on various type of material, it is possible to perform sandblasting and painting or hot dip galvanizing, thus making it ready for use.
