The project is constitued of 4 main blocks: restaurant, market, swimming pool and arbor on concrete foundations. Total Roof covered Area 2500 mq.

LMSteel has prepaired the design details and project management for metal structures, was responsable of the technical meetings with client and of the shop drawings issues and now carries out the site supervision. LMV S.p.A. have produced the steel structure.

Steel sructures constitute of primary beams HEB550, secondary beams IPE450, circular columns D508 mm.
